Pioneers of Prehistory: Hunter-Gatherer Lifestyle

How did the first people to live here survive and thrive at the end of the ice age? Were they like the cavemen we see on TV? Find out more about these innovative, resilient people during this interactive program in the Museum’s Forging a Path gallery. Participants will get the opportunity to touch a mammoth tusk fragment, handle stone tools, and practice atlatl hunting techniques.
